This is a shot from Balmoral Beach. It's another geometrically inspired image, seeing as how I was drawn to the twin arches of the pathway and the bridge here. By some miracle, I was able to capture the vista without anyone walking into the frame, and even if it was more of an instance of stumbling upon it at the perfect time rather than waiting it out, it's still satisfying. It reminds me of a painting of Lake Como that my family used to have hanging in the lounge room, so I thought a subtle matte effect would be in order as well, look for the lack of detail in the shadows.
