This was an installation from Vivid Sydney in 2022, it was a whole array of mirrors suspended from the the motorway above. Different segments would sometimes spin, that's what all those circles around the outside are.

Even with a tripod, it was not an easy shot since each of the segments spun at slightly different rates, so it took a while to work out how long to leave the shutter speed to get the motion blur just right. There's a whole bunch of other versions that just look like slightly out of focus due to the movement, rather than what you see here. In addition, the angle required having to crouch down at a very awkward position every time I needed to try again. The things we suffer for art, huh?
